Booking terms and conditions

One week stays (at least one week, checking in and checking out on Saturdays) – July and August period. Overnight stays (at least 2 nights) – May-June and September - October.

Check-in from 4pm, check-out time by 10:30am.

In order to make a booking we require an advance payment – 30 % of the total cost payable within 5 working days after booking. We kindly ask you to pay the advance to our bank account: bank PEKAO S.A.O/Warszawa – account number 84 1240 6292 1111 0010 6654 8910.

The advance will be settled with the final payment. Please write your name, surname and reservation number in the payment title. In case of no advance payment, your booking will be cancelled. 

The total payment (minus advance payment) should be made 14 days prior to your arrival to our bank account mentioned above. 

In case of booking cancellation after the advance was paid, the guest should inform THE INCO Holiday Resort Centre about this fact.  If the booking is cancelled:

  • At least 31 days prior to arrival date – full refund
  • From 30-14 days prior to arrival date – 50% of advance is deducted
  • Less than 14 days prior to arrival date – 100% of advance is deducted.
